At Pawster, we want you and your dog to be happy with every order. Here is exactly how our policy works.

30-day money back guarantee

If your harness isn't right for your dog, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a full refund. No complicated forms, no hassle.

To start a return, just message us through our contact page with your order number. We'll guide you through the next steps.

3-month replacement warranty

Every Pawster harness comes with a 3 month warranty against manufacturing faults. If your harness breaks or fails during normal use within 3 months of delivery, we'll send you a free replacement.

How refunds work

Once we receive your return, or confirm your refund request, we process it within 3 to 5 working days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. You'll get an email confirmation once it's done.
