Where we deliver

We deliver across the whole UK, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Some remote areas may take an extra working day.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 2 to 3 working days from dispatch. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it right to your door.

Delivery cost

UK delivery is free on every order. No minimum spend, no hidden charges.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. During busy periods, this may take slightly longer, but we'll always keep you updated if there's a delay.

Order tracking

As soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 working days of ordering, please reach out to us.

Missed or delayed deliveries

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.

International delivery

At the moment, we only deliver within the UK.
